I called into the salon initially to seek advice regarding a problem with my eyebrows caused by a salon in Manchester. I spoke to Gemma who advised me about the process that would have to be done to put them right. The salon is very clean and has a nice feel to it. So far, I have had three visits and treatment, everything is going well and I am pleased with the results. Gemma has been amazing, and I can't thank her enough; she is very professional, kind, and caring, explaining everything. She didn't have to take on the job of putting someone else's mistakes right, but I'm glad she has because already there is a massive improvement. Thank you, Gemma.
